Kevin + Nina’s luxury scottsdale wedding
Kevin and Nina said “I Do” in front of 160 of their friends and family including their special guest Tucker who is the most adorable wedding guest and French Bulldog!
From the moment guests walked into ceremony they were greeted with a welcome sign and welcome table that instructed guests to join their unplugged ceremony. Each side of the aisle also had a suggested seating assignment for his and her family and friends.
Their venue, Andaz Scottsdale Resort and Bungalows, offers the most beautiful desert views and just as Kevin and Nina were pronounced Mr. and Mrs. Locklear, their guest witnessed the iconic Camelback Mountain in Scottsdale Arizona. Kevin, Nina and Tucker walked off into the sunset while their guests mingled shortly after ceremony!
As sunset began, the guest were escorted to cocktail hour which was carefully selected to take place in a tucked away lawn away from ceremony. This is truly where magic flourished!!
As guests walked into cocktail hour, they were greeted with a large seating chart install that was designed to mimic a speakeasy vibe! Since Nina and Kevin enjoy speakeasies, we knew that small surprises needed to be incorporated into the seating chart.
We designed the seating chart to have an entrance that encouraged guests to enter, find their name and as they turned around to exit the build, they were surprised to find a large oversized photo of Nina and Kevin as a reference to their save the dates!
While the Dash Event Co. team, Lets Bash Team and Florals by Kendra flipped the ceremony lawn to become the most gorgeous reception, the guest enjoyed espresso martinis with Tuckers face by the amazing team at Couple of Bartenders and also enjoyed fresh gourmet oysters from Oysters Boys. Coupled with hors d’oeuvres, guests also got a taste of Kevin and Nina’s signature drinks that were also offered as mocktails.
Just as guest wrapped up mingling and the sun set behind Camelback mountain, the guests were escorted back to the ceremony lawn that was now a gorgeous, candle lit dinner full of luscious florals and pink table numbers!

As guest enjoyed the grand entrance of Mr. and Mrs. Locklear, our team moved the bar signs from cocktail hour to the reception bar and placed instructional signs inside the ballroom where guest would soon arrive to dance the night away.
As guest entered the ballroom, they were in awe of an ice luge that featured Tuckers cute face!
November 14th was truly a dream come true and we are forever grateful for the opportunity to create for such a sweet couple like Kevin and Nina!
