Four weeks before your wedding, you’ll meet with Maria to review your vision and plans. We create your timeline, coordinate with vendors, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the big day.

Venue Walkthrough
Maria will visit your venue with you to plan all sign placement and ensure each piece, from welcome signs to seating charts, naturally guides guests and enhances the flow of your special day.

Our Process
Here’s how it works!

Fill out the inquiry form with details about your wedding!

We’ll review your needs and check our availability. You’ll receive a questionnaire via email within 48 hours so we can build your proposal.

We’ll send you a proposal with the products and services you requested. We are happy to make changes until it is just right!

You’ll sign the contract and make a 20% nonrefundable deposit in order to secure your date on our calendar. All bookings are first come, first serve!

Our team will send you three rounds of mockups until you love it!

We go into production and ensure quality control.

You’ll receive an email letting you know your order is ready for pickup, or if you’ve selected delivery, our team will see you on wedding day!

Personalized Signage
With this offering, we personalize one of our signature styles for you! Simply pick which design best fits your style (Modern Luxe, Classic Romance, or Arizona Love), choose your level of inclusions (Level I, Level II or Level III), and then choose the material and lettering colors — and we'll swap in all of your details! You can pick up your signs in Chandler, AZ or have them shipped anywhere in the U.S.!
*Our personalized packages are pre-designed and cannot be changed, but we will swap in all your details including names, dates, cocktails, seating chart, and more! They also do not come with stands, but we provide links to our favorite stand recommendations. These packages require a minimum lead time before your wedding day; please read through the full product listing for all policies and requirements before placing your order. We can’t wait to create for you!

Yes, absolutely! We have created tiered packages that point you in the right direction! We believe that "The Basics" are the essentials to guide your guests, "The Minimalist" will bring organization and cohesiveness, "The Must Haves" have the perfect add ons to tell your story and "The Gotta Have it All" is truly an unforgettable night as your guest enjoy all your signage as decor!
Often times, we will create "A La Carte" packages for our brides and a common combination includes: a welcome sign, a seating chart, two bar signs, table numbers and two instructional signs.

Yes! If you're looking for laser cut sign(s) to go on a backdrop, we offer these year round in our Laser Cut shop — there is no minimum to order!
For custom event signage, our minimum is $1,000 for birthday parties and $5,000 for corporate events. You can inquire here!

For personalized signage, we need full payment up front. We ask that you please read the instructions carefully to ensure your order has plenty of time to hit our production line and quality control. These are non-refundable at the 6 week mark from your wedding.
For custom signage, we schedule out three payments. First payment is due at booking. This is considered your non-refundable deposit that is 20% of your total and secures your date in our calendar. After that, the second payment is due 3 months before the wedding day and the last payment is due one month before the wedding day.
