We're so glad you're here AND please read carefully! We create each sign with love and hope you love it all.
These elegant UV printed acrylic signs provide elegance and cohesiveness. They are all 1/8" thick acrylic and come ready to use!
Included in this Level II package is:
1 welcome sign 20x30"
12 table numbers 5x7"
1 bar sign 8x11"
1 seating chart 24x48"
We'll get in touch with you to get all the details, so make sure you provide your best email address at checkout so we can send you a form to fill out.
At checkout, you may select from Shipping (nationwide) or Pickup (from our studio in Chandler, AZ). If you choose pickup, please plan to come by the studio on Wednesday or Thursday of your wedding week (we are closed on weekends). We will let you know if it is ready early!
Stands:
All smaller table top signs come with a stand: the bar sign and the table numbers.
The larger signs like the welcome sign and seating chart do not come with a stand, but we have options for you in our Amazon Store! If you find a stand that requires your welcome sign or seating chart to have holes, just let us know where you want the holes and we will add them in!
Requirements:
Only ships within the USA
Wedding must be at least 6 weeks away from date of order
Excel sheet of all your guest names (sent to us no later than 3 weeks before the wedding), we will provide a template for you to use
Design:
What you see if what you get! Of course, we will add your details and gather all the information we need to swap out, but as far as fonts go and placement of lettering, it all stays. In order to keep the cost where it is, we can delete a design element you do not like, but we cannot add anything to these pre-designed packages.
Lead Time:
Since this does include a seating chart, we require an Excel sheet of your guests names no later than 3 weeks from your wedding day so we can execute the job and maintain our high standards! If we do not have the Excel sheet of your guest names 3 weeks before the wedding, you forfeit the seating chart and a refund will not be allowed. We need at least three weeks to input all the names, get the signs in production, inspection and then off to the packaging department. I hope you understand how much we truly enjoy delivering high quality signs for your big day. Rushing through production is not only stressful for all parties but takes away from other clients.
